Refund Policy. 30-Night Trial & Returns
Last Updated: May 2026
We want you sleeping better, and we back RestWell with a genuine 30-Night Trial. Give it a fair go, and if it is not right for you, we are here to help.
Our 30-Night Trial
Snoring habits take a few nights to change, so we ask that you use RestWell consistently for at least 14 nights before deciding it is not working. This gives the device a fair chance, and gives us the chance to help you get the best results.
If You Are Not Seeing Results
Get in touch with our support team first. Most issues, such as placement, patch adhesion, or intensity settings, are easily sorted, and Sharron and the team will work through it with you. A quick adjustment often makes all the difference.
If you have given RestWell a fair trial of at least 14 nights, worked through troubleshooting with our team, and it genuinely still is not working for you, we will arrange a refund. To process it, the device needs to be returned to us in its original condition. Return postage is covered by the customer. Once we have received it, your refund goes back to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Devices
If your RestWell arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, let us know with a photo or a description of the problem and we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. If we are unable to put it right with a replacement, we will sort out a refund. You will not be left out of pocket for a faulty product, and you will not be charged return postage on a faulty unit.
Change of Mind
We are not able to offer refunds for change of mind. If you have simply decided the product is not for you, and there is nothing wrong with it, we are unable to refund the purchase. We would encourage you to give the 30-Night Trial a proper go first. That is exactly what it is there for.
How to Start a Return or Get Help
Email us at restwellnz@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note on what is happening, and Sharron or the team will take it from there, usually within a day.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under that Act, and this policy does not limit those rights in any way.
